Cade was born and raised in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, in Kingsport, TN, and was exposed to mathematics at an early age, as Cade wanted to learn more about the math that his father, a pipefitter, was doing on his family’s kitchen table one evening. From then on, it became less and less about video games and action figures for Cade and more about mathematics and wanting to learn more, to the point that he taught his father Calculus, much in the same way his father had taught him Trigonometry 8 years before. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, as well as a Master of Arts in sports kinesiology at East Tennessee State University, Cade has a passion for preparing students for the next step in their academic career, with those steps ranging from college readiness to multiplication facts. Cade is a life-long fan of NASCAR and collects all sorts of NASCAR memorabilia. He is also a huge fan of his wife JorDon, who he has been married to for almost three years.
